Helpful details

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version/build, Realm or room, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest sequence that reproduces it. Do not send passwords, login codes, guest capabilities, or other secrets.

Connection problems

Confirm the device has an Internet connection, leave the room, and try Auto Join again. If the app was backgrounded, return to it and allow the reconnect screen to finish before retrying.
