Pew Pew Realms Privacy Policy
Pew Pew Realms is a multiplayer space-combat game. The current beta does not contain advertising or tracking and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or payment information.
Information used for hosted play
When you play online, the game sends anonymous technical and gameplay information needed to find a room and run the match. This includes a temporary guest token, random request and participant identifiers, app and protocol versions, ship and room settings you select, network messages, and live pilot input. The service and its infrastructure may also process IP/network information and bounded diagnostic events for security, availability, and troubleshooting.
How information is used
This information is used only to provide multiplayer gameplay, prevent abuse, operate the service, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, data brokerage, or tracking across apps and websites.
Storage and retention
The beta has no durable player account, cloud progression, purchase history, hosted replay archive, or public chat history. Match state is temporary and disappears when a room retires. Temporary admission records expire automatically, normally within 24 hours. Operational logs are normally retained for no more than 30 days, except where a shorter period applies or limited records must be preserved to investigate security, abuse, or service failure.
Control preferences are stored on your device. You can remove them by deleting the app.
Sharing
The service runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Information is processed by that infrastructure only as needed to provide, secure, and monitor the service. Pew Pew Realms does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can stop online processing by leaving hosted play or deleting the app. Because the beta uses anonymous temporary sessions rather than a durable account, there may be no account record to identify or delete. For a privacy question or a deletion request tied to information you can identify, contact anthony@ivc.media.
Changes
This policy will be updated before the game adds accounts, persistent progression, purchases, public chat, analytics, advertising, or materially different data handling.
